Our treatments involve detailed, hands-on scalp work. For the comfort of our guests and to preserve the integrity of hair extensions, head spa treatments are not available for guests wearing hair extensions. Cancellation Policy

Each appointment at Unwind Head Spa is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled. If the service must be canceled due to lateness, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

No Shows

If a guest does not arrive for their appointment and no notice is provided, the appointment will be considered a no-show. A 100% service fee will be charged.

Age Policy

Guests must be 16 years of age or older to receive head spa services at Unwind Head Spa.
